Refund policy

At Elrya, we’re committed to providing high-quality beauty and wellness technology products designed to help you look and feel your best.
Our refund and return policy complies with Australian Consumer Law while protecting our small business from misuse or change-of-mind claims.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or if you simply no longer want the product.
Please review all product descriptions, images, and specifications carefully before purchasing.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at hello@elrya.com.au within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number,

  • A detailed description of the issue, and

  • Photos or a short video clearly showing the problem.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or repair where possible. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund may be issued at our discretion.


Warranty

All Elrya devices come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, neglect, or unauthorised repairs.


Returns Process (if approved)

If a return is authorised:

  1. We’ll provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return address.

  2. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.

  3. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs, unless the item was confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Elrya is not responsible for items lost in transit.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Beauty or wellness devices that have been used or unsealed,

  • Items damaged through misuse or neglect, or

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If a product is deemed to have a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund as required by law.
